Surpassed expectations. New hotel with comfortable rooms, and within walking distance to the ski lifts (5 min walk) and some supermarkets. Very good breakfast and their restaurant is also good and reasonably priced.
They got my money and didn't respond. I accidentally booked on the wrong dates and tried to cancel my booking or at least reschedule. Eventually, they didn't respond and I was fully charged for the whole stay. No refund, no answer, nothing. The worst service.
A very nice place, ideally located for skiing. The staff were great at being helpful and friendly.
The design is contemporary but it clearly is based on the local folklore. Very good pictures are displayed throughout showcasing Tatra mountains.
Hotel was lovely even nicer than the photos. Large room with balcony and no noise from other rooms. Excellent free WiFi. Would certainly recommend and return to this hotel
Recently opened restaurant, which we luckily discovered when walking by. The staff was adorable and the food was great, a mix of traditional with a touch of modern. During our stay in Bialka we had dinner here several times.
Very good hotel, comfortable, clean rooms, very good breakfast, everything is fresh, minus the selection of products for breakfast - basic, the restaurant has good dishes for lunch and dinner, a tip: add more dishes to the menu. Returning to the room, the TV did not work as it should, the bad weather meant that not all channels worked properly. But overall the hotel was A+
Very disappointed with the service. I often go on business trips and my accommodation is paid for by the company.
When booking, I indicated that this was a work trip. When I paid for my stay, I said that I needed an invoice!
For 3 days they told me something that was not true, and in the end the bill was never settled.
There is no housekeeping!

What was most upsetting was that the staff constantly lied about how this was not possible in Poland and so on.
The rooms are beautifully decorated in highlander style, exactly as in the photos. Very comfortable double bed, joined mattresses. The hotel's location is perfect, nearly 5 minutes' walk to the slope and Termy Bania, large free parking for guests and a heated ski room at the back of the building🤩.
Delicious breakfasts, quite a large selection even in the later hours, good coffee from the coffee machine. The only thing that could be improved is to describe the dishes, at least in terms of whether they are vegetarian (e.g. the traditional vegetable salad was with ham😱)
